Orphx (Rich Oddie + Christina Sealey) have been on the cutting edge of electronic and experimental music for over three decades. Early work in power electronics and dark ambient soundscapes laid the foundation for a unique fusion of industrial music and techno that they have been exploring since the mid 1990s. Working across different genres and music scenes, the project has moved from audio / visual spectacles in local clubs and art galleries to shoestring tours across Europe and on to the last two decades of performances at many of the world's most celebrated clubs, festivals, and underground events. Both members of Orphx have worked for many years as teachers in the arts and social sciences, including courses and private classes on electronic music production.
